Nutts chocolate mousse


serves 4 :

  • 3 egg whites (90 g)
  • 35 g sugar
  • 120 g bitter dark chocolate
  • 3 egg yolks (60 g)
  • 35 g butter
  • 2 tablespoons (20 ml) of Nutts Original®


Mix the butter with the melted chocolate and then add Nutts Original® and 2 egg yolks.

Beat the egg whites using an electric whisk and add sugar when they become frothy.

Whisk the egg whites until firm and then add the last egg yolk and continue beating the mixture. Pour the chocolate mixture into the egg white mixture and gently mix using a spatula.

Pour the mousse in glasses, garnish using crushed hazelnuts or chocolate shavings and refrigerate.
