Tiramisu Nutts


Serves 6 :

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 75 g sugar
  • 250 g mascarpone cheese
  • 3 egg whites
  • 30 ladyfinger biscuits
  • 20 cl coffee
  • 20 cl Nutts Original®


Slowly beat the egg yolks and sugar using a hand whisk.

Add the mascarpone cheese and continue to beat the mixture, then add half of the Nutts Original®.

Beat the egg whites until soft peaks form and fold them gently into the mascarpone cheese mixture.

Line a mould with 30 lady fi nger biscuits and pour the coffee and the remaining Nutts Original® over them.

Then add a layer of cream followed by another layer of biscuits.

Ending with a layer of cream.

Refrigerate for 6 hours.

Serve cold.
